The club has inspired me to work harder; meaning I am fitter than I have ever been, more confident, focused and healthier. The sessions are a mix of fitness and skills. Jane's approach is always to challenge yourself and your limits, in a safe and controlled way; encouraging you to try harder, aim higher and beat yesterday. She is a professional; well qualified, with an excellent teaching skills and style (and well able to cope with a 40 years-olds, new entrants perceived mental and physical limitations). Tae-kwon-do is a fun sport that helps to get fit, feel more confident and occasionally give a practice pad a really good punch!
